Verzekeringen NV was founded on the 27th of September 2000 by three people with more than 50 years of experience in the insurance and ICT industry (Van Breda and DHL).

What do we do?
The original goal was to create and develop an online insurance broker. As it often does, we experienced all kinds of opportunities along the way which made Verzekeringen NV a company specialised in insurances and financial products. Nowadays, we only work with highly qualified and skilled personnel to offer the best solutions.
We are active in 3 areas:
Assurax.be
A brokerage network that works under one brand name. It helps customers and communicate with them mainly using the internet.
Verzekeringen.be
A comparison site and an information portal with the aim to simplify the insurance market for the customers.
ICT Services
Besides creating complex and interactive applications, there is a significant need to posses rates from various players and products on the Belgian market. We do this both for personal use and for third parties.
